Actually, someone may need to correct me on this. But I recall something saying, I think in game, that Behemoth being a primal. Along with Odin (who appears to also be in the poster).

Which brings up something someone said. Maybe Shiva could be another wondering primal like Behemoth and Odin. That would be an interesting fight.

Behemoth is a living creature not a Primal thus why another one of his race is locked in the Crystal Tower and we can ride around on one. Odin's status as a Primal also isn't fully explained.

There will also be roaming primals which a free company can fight and taken control of once defeated. A free company can hold on to the primal for up to two weeks and during this time no other free company can obtain it. Using the power of the primal will cause a lot of damage in a battle and once summoned the primal will become available again for players to obtain.

Yoshi did not say she was roaming..he also said she isnt going to be in 2.3 but quests about her leading into 2.4 will. Pretty much confirmed she will be Primal for 2.4
