So if this trend keeps up the grade 3 materia meld chance will be 60%? If so then grade 4 will be 40%? Thats gonna get expensive.. I've experienced SEs "40% chance of success" before firsthand...

if i remember right, Duuude is doing pal gear, so it might be the shield.

Its the holy shield, and the acc cap is 13. I'm only taking acc to 9, however. The rest will be parry (which will be 13).
