The unlock part is the arch just beside the conjurers guild. Click the quest entry and itll show a red circle on the map (ruining the point of the poem actually).

On a side note: those little red circles are impossible for me to see because I am colour-blind (red on green or vice-versa)(how I have managed so far in tis game is beyond me?), so I assumed the first part was at the lamp post right beside the quest updater.

Sorry to be a pain, but are you sure on this one? It's the one on the fence at La Thagran Checkpoint. I personally got the proc during overcast - I'm not saying that fair *isn't* suitable for proc, but I had been there before when it was at least fair/clear/windy (can't remember which) and it didn't.

If you're definitely sure (or anyone else for that matter) that fair weather procs it, I'll add it in - just wanted to make sure it wasn't a typo!

Is it definitely 'Rain' and not 'Showers'? I was there yesterday and only got Showers so couldn't proc it.

I don't believe 'daytime' is 8:00 to 8:00. In a 'daytime' one, I stood there from 6am until 12:00. As soon as 12:01 hit, I got credit. I also heard from someone in Linkshell that the times are split in 4 hour intervals. i.e. 0:00-4:00, 4:00-8:00, 12:00-16:00. And from my experience, that would seem to hold true.

Would you mind providing evidence for your time constraint claims in the OP?
