Please understand that the OP lists the findings of the people in this thread. If you can state from experience that a 'daytime' requirement should be changed to 'morning' or 'afternoon', I'll update it.

There may appear to be four-hour blocks because the weather changes every eight hours, meaning that it could lead ppl to incorrectly believe that it's just, for instance, 12:00 to 16:00. Players in this thread have reported that time requirements can start at, eg 05:00, and where they have done so I have updated the OP.

Thank you, and sorry for questioning the data. I didn't look through the whole thread, mostly cause I don't want spoilers. Aside from the awful time and weather constraints, I find solving these easy(but fun!) riddles quite engaging.

I would mark #4 changed to afternoon. I was there from 6 to 12:10 or so, without weather change(it was 'fair') and finally got credit right around 12:00.

I mostly use these posts/lists to figure out the time and weather, I'd rather not find out each location beforehand; takes all the fun out of it, for me.

I would so love for someone to point out "how the heck do you even get the first one" kind of thing. Got to the Apkula Falls part of the quest and I get the "poetry kind of clues" see everyone get on that lamp-post, I go there at night, clear skies and lookout but nada, absolutely nothing while peeps next to me yell "woot got update" and they jump off and go on their merry way. So it is not that I am at wrong place wrong time and wrong weather!!! I can't even open the Sightseeing journal at all, says "not yet available". So please can someone tell me what I am doing wrong or at least tell me how I initiate the log to get the Sightseeing Journal to open? So I decided to try the one at Leather-workers Guild in Gridania, same thing, others all get updates but not me. Asking in chat gets no replies at all and even /tell to one person who was all exited to get update got no reply, so I am asking here.

The unlock part is the arch just beside the conjurers guild. Click the quest entry and itll show a red circle on the map (ruining the point of the poem actually).

On a side note: those little red circles are impossible for me to see because I am colour-blind (red on green or vice-versa)(how I have managed so far in tis game is beyond me?), so I assumed the first part was at the lamp post right beside the quest updater.

#15 on this spreadsheet is wrong. It's not Fair. Just tried it in the afternoon with Fair weather. Didn't get it.

Looks like the weather for #14 and #15 were switched. #14 requires Fair, #15 requires overcast. Times are accurate though.
