9:43pm ET and "Sunshine" as the weather. Had to move around on the light to get into correct spot. Not sure if it matters, but when I got the message "You have arrived at a vista!", my character was facing the water falls.

Specifics: Climb the barrels and tanning frame at the back of the guild and then execute a running jump to the tanning frame in the middle of the room overlooking the tanning vats.

Not sure if "Clouds" and "Overcast" are the same thing, but I got this at 12:40pm ET with "Clouds" as the weather.

Specifics: Up the tree with the sylph tribe quest-givers, over the stall and in the branches beyond where a sylph-lantern glows. Bit of a pain to jump to!
