I don't see why sands/oils can't be obtained through that?

This was clear from the start, since it should have been well known that Relics will be always upgradeable. So they will overcome Soldiery Weapons earlier or later. If people really going to rage over that, since it was more than obvious, then idk man lol.

In fact it is already known long ago. When the quest line came out it is already said that the weapon, in its final form will allow players to customize its secondary stat.

There shouldn't be a complain thou.

While I do wish that I could desynch my Rosenbogen to recover the sands, but I did enjoy my pretty bow for as long as it last.
