I doubt it will be anything big in a minor patch, but I can already see people are letting their imaginations run wild so choo choo I guess. Why do this to yourselves?

If you had nothing to contribute besides crushing ideas why bother posting? We are discussing what it could be. Yes most likely it won't be anything major but there is no harm in dreaming.

Does it matter if it is major or minor in nature? It was worthy enough to be mentioned in the video so we feel it is worthy of discussion. The fact of the matter is we're not just talking about some quality of life changes or adjustments to existing systems. I'm just curious because it was an unexpected note to the video. We got the materia exchange in a minor patch too so I don't think that the possibility of just stables being added as that outlandish of a speculation.
I think something of this nature might be slated for Gold Saucer so I don't think we will see it in 2.28. But Maybe?
Like what? I don't think they would just be adding more seeds/plants. Is there a new system you would like to see implemented in gardening?

There is room for more seed types that can bear fruit used in upcoming systems or new craftables. I wouldn't be surprised if the item we feed to chocobos to increase their leveling abilities or dye their feathers comes from gardening.
Would be interesting but from the comment it feels like something completely different to me, or a new system that relates to but is a part from another, like the materia exchange was.
