Non Battle Content in 2.28 - What Could It Be?

I know the Golden Saucer and Chocobo racing is on the way, but what about maybe some other non combat related activities? For example, the tetra card master game? - Bigjay81

Yes, we are currently working on the Golden Saucer plan and of course there will be major content in this Golden Saucer, but at the same time we’re planning to add many mini-games as well so I would really like you to look forward to what kind of content we will be implementing in the Golden Saucer. Of course, Chocobo something something will be in there as well – I never really confirmed it was going to be a race, but we’ll see. And then in between the major updates we’ll also want to add some minigames when possible, so please look forward to those as well. Also with the next patch – 2.28 – there’s something other than the battle contents that we’re going to include, something else that you might enjoy as well.

Any ideas/speculation/hope as to what he may be talking about?

I do heard something about "Jumping puzzle" or something, though I'm not quite sure.

I am hoping for some kind of card game or chocobo breeding. I doubt the latter will happen though.

On the contrary, I think it is all but inevitable being that the chocobo and even chocobo breeding is such an iconic and beloved mechanic in FF. Maybe the Chocobo stables is what we are getting in 2.28? For our FC housing?

It would be amazing. I want a Black Chocobo. If we got stables it would make sense if we eventually got breeding as well.

Yes, they will Implement Breeding eventually. But i doubt it will happen anytime before we get inside Ishgard since they have all the Female Chocobos.

Well the stables have been confirmed as coming, not sure about the Breeding side of it. And I am not sure if the stables are coming in 2.28 or not either, but I think it could be possible.

I doubt it will be anything big in a minor patch, but I can already see people are letting their imaginations run wild so choo choo I guess. Why do this to yourselves?

If you had nothing to contribute besides crushing ideas why bother posting? We are discussing what it could be. Yes most likely it won't be anything major but there is no harm in dreaming.
