Hi, I need some help on what gear to get next for my monk. Currently my static are clearing Turn 6 and 7, and will start learning Turn 8 this weekend, so probably won't clear Turn 8 anytime soon.

My current gear can be view from my lodestone, no luck on High Allagan gear except for the visor, though I got the weathered wewapon. I have 725 soldiery but not really sure what to spend it on at the moment, hopefully can get some suggestion from the monk players here

I can think of 2 options you could go for if you also try to kill two birds with one stone, aka aiming for BiS.
Your best bet would probably be either the belt or boots, if you get the belt I would also suggest to swap your Allagan Ring of Maiming with the Hero's Ring of Slaying or your Hero's Bracelet with the Maiming one to get rid of the extra accuracy.

I thought the Unidentified tomestone drops from T8? How can you have the weapon if you havn't cleared it yet?

The Tomestone drops in turn 7, the sands to upgrade it drops in Turn 8 and 9.
