The first part would be my guess as well. I'm not familiar with any interview where Yoshi said he wouldn't use it; anyone know of one? I kind of wonder if elemental stuff was taken out for the same reason we have Fire 2 instead of Fira (for example), American players wouldn't "get it". /rollseyes
