They must not actually play the same game because for some reason my previous two statements are now false?

Translation:
SE puts effort into content that has little player impact, yet we still have RMT & bots.
SE claims to ban accounts, yet clearly doesn't solve the problem because the same gil sellers keep coming back.
They should play the game & not rely on us to use a cumbersome reporting system. They will see the /tells, they will see the bots.
