    What if, instead of trying to balance out all the classes, these competitions gets broken up by class? Then you compete against people with roughly the same abilities and it comes down to skilled game play and maybe luck. It just seems that something like this would be a fairer system, overall.

    Of course, there's nothing to stop one of them from being open to all classes.

    With this said, there should be two ranking charts. One for certain Classes and another for overall rank.
