Different types of servers only serve to further separate the little community we have. No single game can please everyone and as such they should have a focus. If the game isn't for you, don't play it. Find one that is and have fun. Similarly if FFXIV is turning into the kind of game you don't like, it's clearly not meant for you so you should cut your losses and find something you do like. Look for a constructive solution.
