20% Coil Buff Not Being Implemented???

Except 2.25 was released on 4/24 and two weeks from then would have been 5/8. Someone said it would be delayed for golden week but there was nothing on the lodestone or forums to indicate this. Also, every other time they've increased the buff they have done some maintenance, to which, they announce a couple days prior to the actual maintenance. So far the lack of ANY information has been frustrating.

It's good to know that SE can make a promise, not follow through and ignore it completely. Maybe they hoped we would forget?

That's why one of the main rules as programmer is "never set a date"

Something so minor I would say who cares but actually a lot cares about 5% and don't expect things to be delayed. People can't even beat Titan Extreme with 25% boost can't beat T5 with 15% doubtful you will with 20% just saying.
