Does the echo buff really need a maintenance to be implemented? Some of the holiday events were staged in advance and then when time came they just turned on. Can't the echo buff be done like this?

My hope was always that 2.28 would come with the echo buff :/
The 10% buff came with 2.21, and the 15% buff came with 2.25, so it's safe to assume that a patch is necessary for 20% as well.
While it certainly sucks that it's delayed for whatever reason, it's not the end of the world. I haven't run into any group that failed to complete T1, T2 or T4 at 15% and T5 I'm not sure how much further buffs actually would help for people that haven't passed it yet.
Going in T5 tonight. Let's see if i can prove some naysayers wrong. I do agree that 15% is and should be enough just because of the way the phases work in this instance.
Beating it, failing, all that aside, my main point was just wondering what happened to the echo buff and if it was delayed or forgotten about.
Did it with one tank last night with the 15% buff. No amount of buffs will keep people from failing mechanics like dive bombs or Twisters.Going in T5 tonight. It doesn't matter if they increase it or not, it's not going to press buttons for you. What Twintania needs is aoe markers like ADS and all the other Coil bosses have, because you can't see where she is Divebombing (lag stops you from being able to look around the room to see which direction she is in) means you can only ever dodge it in one way.
AOE markers in T5 would mean it would be too easy though, it's only troublesome because you can't see any of the information.
It's not just the fact that the echo buff came with the patches. They said it would be every 2 weeks but they haven't said any reason. We just assume it's because of Golden Week. The 10% buff came with 2.21, and the 15% buff came with 2.25, so it's safe to assume that a patch is necessary for 20% as well.

Considering March 26 was 2.2, 2.21 and first echo buff was April 9th and 2.25 was April 23 (2nd echo buff), it was supposed to be last week.
I think people are just wanting to know why.
It's not going to affect me in any way, I just wish they would tell us.
They've never been good at this release promised things on time thing, always things getting pushed back, even small things like a 5% buff increase.
15% is already more than enough....if you can't pass twister with 15%, 20% won't help either since twister will one shot you anyway...
Echo buff only makes dps checks easier, really.
Anything that would one shot you doesn't effect at all...like Titan EX. lol
If you don't learn to dodge, no echo buff would help.

Yeah, I was wondering where it was last week. At this rate I wonder if they're going to skip 20% and just implement 30% on schedule (they were apparently never planning on having 25% according to the schedule given in the Live Letter XIII in march).
