Also, like I stated many times, my opinion on the matter is simple; Since there are 8 people in a grp and no one is any more special than another, logic dictates that the will of the majority shall prevail.

No argument here, because I actually agree with this. I just don't agree that it should be considered harassment, based on the OP's account of what happened.

If 7 people want to kick someone who refuses to just skip the cut scenes and watch them in the inn later, then that's how it is going to go down.

The thing is we don't know if the first timer is refusing to skip the scenes out of sheer disregard for others, to waste people's time and annoy them, or if they simply are unaware that cut scenes can be watched at an inn. I still don't know if there's truth to being unable to go back and watch certain scenes that are skipped as I've yet to see any evidence to support it. At any rate, calling it harassment is a stretch too far. In order for it to be harassment it'd have to be something more along the lines of that player threatening that he obtained the group's IPs and will hit them with DoS attacks if they don't let him watch the cut scenes. I only use this example because something similar to this happened to me not long ago on another game.
