20% Coil Buff Not Being Implemented???

In regards to 1st coil turns 1-5 (5 specifically):
I haven't heard any word on this next phase of the buff. Did I miss any announcement on this?

According to SE's own imposed schedule (found in 2.25 patch notes) the 20% buff should have been in effect last week.

Not only did we not get the buff, but we didn't get any word from SE either. If they aren't going to do it....fine. But at least let us know. My FC is pretty close to beating it for the first time and while we don't NEED the extra buff it would help. I don't want to get any father behind on content :3 and that new coil gear is sexy. Would be nice to finally get into second coil for the first time...
