The first sp system was based on rewarding abilities. It got cancelled.All these extra "bonus" systems that have nothing to do with actually "playing the game"... Rather they all have to do with "How long you play the game"...
How about SE rewards players with bonus XP for their skill in battle rather than their time playing...
For example:
Successful BR = +5%XP for the party
or
Complete the fight in 30 seconds = +5%XP for the party
etc...
No Good? Free XP better than skillfully acquired XP?
