Expecting human decency is a "burden"
I agree with Kimmy it's extremely annoying, and is a sensitive place for most transgender people.
in ffxi i rolled a hume once because I was tired of people assuming I was male on my mithra, I thought knowing i had the choice of gender might help, but no.
1st world problem is racist and implies lgbt people do not exist in the developing world. You do not actually care about developing countries, only about making yourself sound smart.
When people do this, I ask politely for them not to do that. if they ignore it i interact with them as minimally as possible to complete the instance, and then preferably, never have to see or hear from them again.
People throw the "Racist" card around way too freely. This has nothing to do with racism. And yes, the fact that we can all sit around on our computers, complaining about hurt feelings, that would be a 1st world problem.
conversely I call people by their character gender unless they say otherwise, although that's still to be quite honest, not fair to non binary people
people have computers, and feelings, in countries like Nigeria.
first world problem in your case seems to your lack of the latter

Your quote is broken. You have me quoted with your comment. But anyway, arguing about what makes for a 1st world issue may be more enjoyable than the current topic.
fixed. Though given your insensitivity to the original poster, and use of basically the idiom "Race card" i doubt I'd enjoy discussing anything with you to be honest
