PVP Wintrade Exploitation, is this reportable?

I would really like some clarification from moderators or developers about this.

I'm tired of seeing groups of 5+ at the wolves den clearly win trading as a group, and lately people gloating on the forums because they can do it faster for their gear which some of us are actively working hard and fair for under the slow queue times.

To see that so far its tolerated that a group of people can essentially break the queue system is beyond me. I've already encountered people in pvp queues with i100 sets (I'm rank 18 and ive been seeing them around since i was 15-16) who can't pull their weight, but they have a clear advantage with the morale boosts and what not.

It is important to have this fixed as this is the only competetive scene at the moment, and to essentially cross the competitiveness out of gaining said gears is ridiculous.

It's probably not technically against the ToS. People do this in WoW to this day, although I vaguely remember a blue post saying it's "Against the spirit of PvP" or some such PR spin.

Its abusing a system that is supposed to avoid these things, that sounds like an act that goes against the ToS to me.

Any system always has some loophole that everyone attempts to exploit. Wintrading in PVP is no different from commendations farming really. It devalues the achievement of PVP Rank 40/Golden Magitek mount, but it is still somewhat done within the limitations of the system, so I don't think it would be a breach of ToS.

People have also said similar things about FATEs a few months ago and the devs disagreed. I am not saying I disagree it's poor form, because it is, but I'm not going argue semantics about it either. If the ToS doesn't overtly say it, the devs are going to have to make a decision.

Totally different. One is vanity mount that affects gameplay not one whit. The other is like exploiting coil to get free gear. Not to mention it gives them an advantage over other players that PvP within the system without gaming it.

So if the rewards do not impact gameplay, then it's fine? I'd say it's just as bad imo. That said, I can see where you're coming from, and wintrading in PVP is probably more serious than commendations farming.

Actually Win Trading in WoW was against the rules too. And if you were caught doing it you were punished for it. But with the majority of the loudmouths on this forums you wont find people that will be too upset with this practice. Just another form of buying your way to content/gear that you didn't earn the "hard" way.

But the people doing the Commendation Farming had to finish whatever Dungeon/Hest they were running to get to the point where they could get the Commendations. In Win Trading theres no work at all, just one group of players agreeing to roll over and die for another group of players. So there is a difference.
