My issue is my I bought my fc a medium sized house...now everyone has quit but me. Now im forced to stay in the fc...I wish SE would fix linkshell support making people less reliant on free companies. Id very much like to join coil statics or other fcs to be with people...but my house

Then join a coil static?

I really cannot fathom why people insist on having static groups linked to being in a FC. When I played XI I moved through so many different static groups over the years and I cannot imagine having something as invested as a house linked to any of those groups. Free companies should have been focused on social long term groups and linkshells should have been used for organizing transient things like static groups.

If someone won't let you join a coil static because you won't dump your FC for theirs then screw them.

I agree, There need to be more people who think like you. Sadly there's too much wow culture in FF14. I have a large fc and my static isn't in my company at all. I also prefer not to do group statics due to all of the fighting and elitism it causes.
