Apparently. Personal Housing can 850k?

The 850K pricetag doesn't seem too bad imo. I'm more concerned with the "slightly larger than inn rooms" comment; I was hoping we could get personal housing that was just as big as the large FC houses. Being a Roegadyn, the inn rooms and small FC houses make me feel claustrophobic sometimes...

I think my reading comprehension just went out the window, but are they saying that the personal housing will start at around $850K, or is that the price for the room attached to your FC house? And not much larger than an inn room? D: That's a good chunk of money to put 5 items in a room.

What I gathered is...
personal rooms (inside free company house) have no cost, but are slightly larger than inn rooms, created with a "make room" option inside your FC house

Personal housing owned by individuals are apparently going to be 850k, with no size mentioned

Idk. The only part of this statement that i thought had to do with rooms was where they said "This will be introduced sometime after the Free Company’s personal rooms are made available in Patch 2.3 and the size will be a little larger than the ones at the inns".

In the Article I believe the first point was all for Personal rooms. however the 2nd point was all about the Personal Housing.

Guessing you missed the stream when they were showing off the FC Housing and he had around 800k in gil on his character. When that amount got questioned, we had almost the same exact reply.

I read this as meaning that a personal room in your FC house will cost you (not your FC) 850k. I presume it will be another instanced area beyond the instanced area of the house, accessible from the house. Personally I'd imagine that an actual personal house (as opposed to a room) even a small one, will be more than 850k. Of course I may well be misreading ....

Yea. a Player can probably wheel in 20-50k a day just doing dailies and depending on the class they're doing Roulettes on. Not to mention if you have a party of 8 and at max 40 Peistskin Maps

Doing the new dungeons rakes in so much gil, almost 100 gil each monster to go down. Good starting point for personal housing price .

Except in some interview they did say FC housing was going to be approximately 3 times the amount a person earns by doing all the quests and missions when leveling from 1-50. Then it ended up being 5.5-100 million more. xD
