Which leads me to ask - what is the best way for melee to handle the DKs? From what I've read they are supposed to run away as the DK drops down (in case they get stunned), then maintain DoTs on Twin while burning DKs.. It doesn't seem like there is enough time to do much to Twin between profusion and first DK, should drg just HT-Phleb on Twin > Run > IDC-Phleb the DK? Any suggestions are appreciated
Since you were solo-tanking, what was the group comp? When I join a solo-tank party, there's always just 1 melee (usually me, if not its because I'm healing), and I just sit at #2 in aggro and don't worry about Dreads (then become the Hatch eater...my poor DPS ). If you two-tank it, you have to run away whenever the Dreads pop.

I try to get at least HT, Phlem and ID on Twin before the Dread pops that first time (solo-tanking, two-tanking I'm not near Twin until after the Dread gets a target for safety, so its start from scratch there), then Dis, CT, TTT the Dread and it *should* be dead by then. Do not stun it unless its your job to do so.
