ok sorry for now mentioning the mechanics part.
I'm in charge of Brainjack and Homing Missile, but I keep on being melee all the time means my dps won't affected by these mechanics.
and a few secs before dread is up I get my HT, put Phl on avatar and doing one ID before switching to Dread (then I lend on him all the debuffs/DoTs asap)

Right now we're still not using pots cuz we're still on training part (wiping after 40% hp I think)
I use Buttons HQ, and having 496 acc, I got a special window on my HUD to check if I'm missing, didn't saw any miss.
I think once I'll see the the next relic upgrade I'll decide between Lib and Gae, but right now I'm trying to get away from SS as much as possible (cuz 2.2 shove it through our throat)

and yeah sorry about the monk gear... (damn lodestone, refresh already...)

the thing is in t8 for example I'm stuck at 300-310 dps, and I'm always falling 20-30 dps behind mnk. but I'm always surpassing our brd\smn\blm.

I really wanna get better but there's barely any info about that.
Don't worry about your monk out dpsing you, on a training dummy fight like T8 a mnk should out dps a drg by 8-10%, so your right in line with where you need to be based on your gear.

As for your gear... An ilvl100 weapon will make a huge difference. Whether you choose the i100 animus or i100 weathered liberator is kind of irrelevant until you down T8. After you start getting T8 on farm, then you will definitely want to upgrade to the i110 liberator and work your other gear around the acc issue.

So, I have some tips for this, but bear in mind I'm giving it from a BRD perspective, so just take what works, I guess.

First, I tend to start mine near the middle of the long edge and run the chain away from the tank end. If the tanks and healers are staying on their ends, there's no reason they should get hit or really care much where the falls are going, which just leaves you the other DD to worry about.

When dealing with the other DD's falls, I've found that it usually helps to stack your own chain on itself a bit, which leaves more dodging room for everyone. Basically, when the first ring appears, move about half out of it and wait for the next ring, then do the same. There's a bit of lee way here in dodging, which makes this viable. I also find myself on occasion running through the edges of someone else's fall. It's riskier, but sometimes you have to do it.

Lastly, if your group isn't pushing phases heavily, you might be able to get away with sprinting. It's very much a last resort, and I wouldn't use it unless Invigorate is up, but it's better than dying.

Is it actually better to stagger power surge/life surge/internal release/jump in such a way that it will line up with the next BfB, or is it better to use it when it's up?

When it's up. Until you must hold down the CD for a reason, you should use your CDs every time they're up, waiting for "line up" it's not considered an efficient approach. This doesn't apply for Spineshatter/Dragonfire/Elusive in some fight where you may want to use them to move around.

Anyway I have two questions about Wolfram Tassets:
    1) Which is the cap for every stats on it?
    2) Which kind of materia you suggest to start with? I'm asking this because I've seen a lot of people with the belt having in the first slots materia for accuracy or critical hit rate but shouldn't determination have some priority?

    From a few pages back:

Anyway, here are the materia caps (Str and Vit come capped):
Wolfram Mask/Gauntlets/Sabatons: +21 Acc, Crit, Spd, +15 Det
Wolfram Tassets: +16 Acc, Crit, Spd, +12 Det
Wolfram Cuirass/Saurian Trousers: +34 Acc, Crit, Spd, +24 Det
The HQ version of Tassets has Det +8 and SS +16 already included. So, an almost fully melded belt could add something like Acc 9 + 6 = +15 (Tier IV + Tier III), Crit 9 + 6 = +15 (Tier IV + Tier III) and Det +4 (Tier III). You'd be one shy of cap for Acc and Crit. Doing it this way you'd want to meld the Tier IV first, which is why you see Crit or Acc melded first, depending on which is more expensive on your server. Then the tier III in order of expense.

    Okay,
So you are basicly dealing with the same mechanics as I do.
Depending on where the Dread is being tanked ( one tank or two ) I try to time out ID On Avatar ( ofc after the fresh HT and Phl ) as the Dread is popping and starting to move. I tend to move directly through him three or four steps ( depends on what angle you tank Avatar ) turn and apply Dis, Chaos, Phl, drop Dragonfire on them both, go into a rotation until I see new Homing Missile come out, I rotate it out of group position swapping to Avatar, reapply Chaos combo to Avatar and normally pop Mercy Stroke on the Dread to kill it.
This should be able to be done on any but the first Dread since you will have the CD of Dragonfire up.

Pots, I use on every pull. First time seeing it, through a kill and farming. IMHO it is part of Raiding, and a consumable. Even if you are swapping to mega pots of progression learn phases. It helps keep your timing in your rotations down, since you will be using them come kill. Until on farm , you should be going through two to three pots every pull. Later, probably two.

I just penta-melded a Wolfram Tassets for myself yesterday

    Savage Aim 4 (+9 Crit)
    Heaven's Eye 4 (+9 Accuracy)
    Savage Aim 3 (+6 Crit)
    Heaven's Eye 3 (+6 Accuracy)
    Savage Might 2 (+3 Determination)

Totals: 15 Accuracy, 15 Crit, 11 Determination, 16 Skill Speed

    I got really lucky with the melds; 1 SA4, 1 HE4, 1 SA3, 5 HE3s, 6 SM2s. And I pretty much stole the HE4; grabbed a mis-priced one at 17K (was supposed to be 170K ). Similar thing for the SA4; was supposed to be 250K, somehow got priced at 150K...

EDIT: Dervy's belt is the exact same...I need to read more replies before posting...
