Why should I have to? Why cant they be proactive and do it themselves before? Why should I have to struggle with an auto translator that many, many times do not work due to sentance structure and grammer? Why should they make it so much harder for everyone else?

Am I suppose to battle with the translater during the fight if they make a mistake risking dieing to AE or losing aggro whilst doing so? What if the translater doesnt cover what is needed to be communicated?

I have ZERO problems helping new people who listen, understand and improve from it. Even if its not a kill. I do have problems with people who totally ignore and do not communicate in anyway, or join with a language set that they do not understand and cannot communicate in anyway with people who want to help them. In that case they SHOULD do some research on sites that explains things in their own language beforehand, or join a FC/LS with players they can communicate with to help them.

BTW I speak 3 languages fluently.

Simple question: Why go into a dungeon expecting others to teach you? It is not your right to expect others to do that. Those who reply that they won't watch a vid, won't research their rotations. If you can't do it for yourself, why do you expect others to do it for you? The other members in that party you join are not there for you, they owe you nothing. When people do give advice and instructions on how to run a dungeon, it's them making an effort to have an enjoyable experience in the dungeon. If they can make that effort. why can't you?
