    Give all the rewards of tomes at the END of completion in EVERYTHING, including killing all trash mobs, opening all chests. Case solved.

    We could also add style points like how much damage people soaked (that would drive people to get away from AOE and BLM would use AOE sleep a bit more), the number of monsters killed (so people won't lock monsters out), the numbers of well timed stun/silence (it is already working toward the LB), the number of debuff removed, etc ... to give a mytho/soldier bonus at the end.
    Of course we will only consider style and not raw damage so there won't be discrimination against new players.
    Though it may not be a good idea, people would be more pissed off for little mistake.
