Don't know if has been said and I'm not reading 29 pages to find out...but I saw this:

y; I’m being told not to say something we can’t do, but as a producer I have to say what we’re going to do.
y; I would like to say what I can get it in, but I also looked back at my own PLL and I should say it will be coming in future instead of soon, which may sound like next patch.
y; but as for phantasia we’re looking into next patch, but before that we want to try and give to every player
y; you can’t trade it.
y; post 2.3 we’re working on individual service but before that we’re working so we can release by May

From what it sounds like, and I could be way wrong, but this is just my interpretation of it. They want to put them up for sell, but it may not happen for 2.3, so instead they might pass out another free one to tide people over.

Anyone else getting that or am I crazy?
