    Hmmm, now I want to join in on this...in fact, I'd -love- to see someone do eel pies. Eel is actually really, really good, so long as you're open to trying stuff that isn't mainstream western food; it's fairly prevalent in Japanese food, and easily one of my favorite kinds of fish - though I can say that I've only had it in different kinds of sushi.

    I've got a very good cheesecake recipe that could easily be modified for a rolanberry cheesecake...HMMM.
