Yes, and tell me how good determination is for DRGs compared to crit. It's about half as effective. I've done the theorycrafting. So have others. Its a hundred percent bullshit. Higher ilvl=/=better. Animus>Liberator for dragoons.

Animus/Atma is a failure of a system because it's just a way for SE to try and force players back into old content (+ myth/rng grind).
Why they didn't just you know, make a new questline with actually unique instanced trials/raids which would actually be entertaining I don't know.

You are literally too stupid to insult. All of you are more stubborn than an 80 year old man who is being told to go see a doctor. You pick apart every person's post and make arbitrary remarks to make what they are saying look like they want it fixed just for them. And say very arrogant things like "You're welcome for my monthly sacrifice." It is NOT fair. At all. Plain and simple. RNG is RNG. But that doesn't make it fair. Everyone should have to put the same amount of time into it. I don't care how long. The only reason this is even a two sided argument is because of people like you who got lucky, and people like me who are getting shafted. If it was the same time sink for everyone that was ridiculously long and people were complaining I would be on your side of the argument. The issue is, its not hard. And its not time consuming. Its only time consuming if rng says "screw you." To others its barely time consuming at all.
Didn't say I agree with it, they have made plenty more money than they anticipated, but they are a business, so if they can do something like this and people keep paying, why wouldn't they.
I know, but this sort of laziness is what causes people to unsubscribe - especially when the content is considered frustrating (Which would hold true if the forums are any indication).
Basically they shouldn't have hyped up the Zodiac Quests if it was going to be more tedium than trial. There's a large difference between -
"We don't think many people will have their Animus (Because the content is challenging)"
and
"We don't think many people will have their Animus (Because you literally have to devote your week to grinding)"
They opted for tedium and now they probably soured expectations for the rest of this questline.
The physical damage boost is why you want a higher ilvl weapon. In almost all cases, the increase to physical damage trumps any secondary stats, plus the extra str in this case.
I know. The weights are higher on the physical damage. But secondary stats are important too. And t9 is a long way off for everyone unless you're in OotBG. And that's 8 people out of the 2mil subscribers. Gae Bolg has the best secondary stats out of any of them. And when it gets its upgrade in 2.28 I'd wager to say it will STILL have the best secondary stats and have the same weapon damage as liberator. That's why its better all around.
