Community misconceptions in regards to Atma

Most of you people arguing against this are precisely why this topic goes nowhere. Why is the argument "We don't like FATEs, don't make us do them anymore. But if you're going to make us do them, don't put RNG." so hard to understand without twisting the argument.

I don't know you have a lot of us who have been doing grinds like this literally for years, and we're just amazed that so many people get so upset over it. Also I can totally agree with the "we don't like FATEs" part, it could have been done in a better way, however I find it really hard to believe that if they were some kind of rare mob or any other kind of RNG endeavor that we wouldn't see the same complaints. A lot of people posting about this just fundamentally loathe RNG Grinds. Heck I see a lot of people posting about how the 'final straw' was seeing someone else get the Atmas faster than them. I can only imagine how quickly I would have lost my mind if that bothered me in any of the items I farmed.

Also I don't think we're going to see any massive changes. You can blame people on the forum for not agreeing with you all you want, but that's just the way it is. To say you'd have your way already if only you hadn't experienced any resistance or adversity is emblematic of the issues with your arguments and threads. One might even say this inability to deal with adversity bleeds into your problems with the Atma grind.

Oh my goodness no. I am not saying any of that second paragraph you posted. I am saying this argument gets misconstrued and goes nowhere meaningful either way because people keep missing the point like you are now.

And personally, people getting things faster than me doesn't bother me but I can see the argument that if person 1 is stuck on first atma and person 2 already completed their animus and both have spent the same amount of time, that's not exactly fair and it's frustrating.
