Elasia's Mass Manufacturing 3 Star HQ Macros

Elesia what are your Control and CP? I know you told the are maxed, but was wondering how you melded the off-hand.

EDIT: One more question, if you don't mind: what is usually your starting quality when using these macros?

I, myself, use a similar rotation but use ToTs in order to substitute Hasty Touch with Basic Touch (1 ToT => 1 Basic Touch instead of Hasy Touch) for a guaranteed stack of IQ.
