    Your literally not breaking any rules, because most stores in real life do this kind of crap for the "3 for one " deal...
    And if some idiot is competing with you, lower it again. If he's constantly competing with you, make him put it at a shitty price and buy it off him, then resale it to your original price with the new item you ripped off from him.
