- Jobs unlock their own "new" skills and lock out skills from classes not related to the job
- Jobs level with the class they are attached to
- Jobs are for party play
- You must complete a quest to unlock a job
- Paladin, Monk, Dragoon, Bard, White Mage, and Red Mage are the 6 jobs they have slated for release right now (names subject to change)

You put Red Mage where you should have had Black Mage.

Black Mage is the class that will go into the game now. Red Mage was mentioned as a possible combination if you have both THM + CON leveled. But this is planned for the future, not now.
