I feel like I'm sitting here waiting for some kind of response from the development team... on a lot of things.

Honestly, they probably didnt expect it to blow up like this by semi announcing a plan for something without all the bullet points coming out at the same time. They most likely already have in place a system to give a "coupon" for the same plot and other stuff and just didnt think it mattered to announce officially when it was mentioned about a time limit. Everything aside from the 35 day limit has been fear mongering and over dramatic lamenting by people freaking out before they know everything.

All this does is show they cant give any "spoilers" or even talk about future plans without a 3 hour power point presentation tailored to make sure everyone doesnt have an aneurysm over every single thing.

It feels like I haven't seen this much snowballing happen from a patch since the introduction of Raid Finder in World of Warcraft, and this problem isn't even a part of the current patch design issues.

From reading the thread, I think the core of the problem is that they added FC housing first. By not putting in personal housing people viewed the FC housing as Personal housing.

Well, at least the person arguing with you here on it isn't trying to dig into the most tenuous string of logic they can muster. I just had someone bring Contra up as a counter example as to why people can't do coil turn 6-9 without completing turn 5.

Which is one of the reasons there was an explosion of 1-10 person FCs that followed.
