Atmas - Unfair for low level players

Not sure if this has already been suggested, but there's a simple solution: Make it so Atma drops only happen if you're not level sync'd. And of course fix the apparently low drop rates.

Did you just derp a little too hard there?


Or did you not realize that a majority of the FATE(s) in the zones that have Atma are far below level 50 and make sync pretty much a requirement for... almost all of them?
