3) Free Company - It would be nice to have an option for the FC Masters to have a tax/duties option. Hear me out on this, the FC Master could only use this tax/dues option if they were to obtain a petition from the GC, just like the petition to start the GC. Players will not have to worry about going to the company chest and donating.

I like this idea for having gil into the company bank, however one other twist that could add to the FC without the flack, is that you could make this a benefit for a future rank, as well as don't make it a tax, make it a "bonus", so the user will still get the exact amount that they normally get, but a bonus of .5% (or whatever bonus) is sent to the company bank.

Or rather than a bonus at a given rank, how about a company action that would do this while active.

actually i would like to see this kind of thing as a FC credit spending buff. but that is a good idea
