In a sense you are right, it is more like a wal-mart employee saying s/he doesn't care what you do, just be hush hush. When you get caught, don't expect said employee to come to your aid. I also suggest you read Section 2 subsection 5 of your ToS. Then read section 3 subsection 6. This is the problem with parsers.

Mumble, TS, and Vent or any number of communication tools outside of FFXIV have nothing to do with the game's data....
