Add iLvl to "Examine"

The team refrained from making another player's average ilvl visible upon examination to avoid players making party setup decisions based exclusively on the average ilvls of their teammates.

How is this even an issue? We can already set an ilvl requirement and it's very obvious what their ilvl is based on what they're wearing.

And you're just supporting players who would kick you from instances and parties for not meeting their preconceived notions of 'good' when good is subjective and iLevel is just a rating of equipment level and not it's actual stats.
