YoshiP: That depends on how you take Raid, for example in WoW there are Raids that are for 5 players, 10 players, and also 20+ “Hard to get that much people” type of stuff. Stuff for hardcore gamers. I am thinking as raid is contents that requires strategy, unlike EQ (EverQuest) raid=large-scale PvE.

What I got from what he said, is that when he hears the word raid, he doesn't attribute it to the same style of raid as WoW or EQ. He's trying to redefine it, which I'm all for, but it just isn't the best idea when you are trying to draw people from other mmo's especially when their only experience in an mmo was with WoW.
He wants it to be synonymous with "YOU NEED TO PLAN TO WIN THIS" not "Oh lets get a bunch of people together to do this". (Again, my understanding of the translation only. Therefore it is COMPLETELY SPECULATION)
Theoretically, with this description however we could have single player 'raid' content, which I am more than okay with. (Think Maat)
