While my soul wishes that these be low drop rate items that from mobs, my heart tells me they will be obtained via FATEs. Rather easily in fact.

Though I hope they are difficult to get (low drop rates and all that jazz people have been crying about for months). People wanted something to get the people out in the land, well this will be it haha.
