Finally got to beat t4 as a dragoon last last night. Wow. Nothing else quite like it. Can I trade in my tank gear? Lol

I personally use Purify, Fetter Ward, Skewer, Impulse Rush and Weapon Throw all just basic level 1, then Enhanced Strength I, II and III.
Fights rarely last long enough to warrant sacrificing the Enhanced Strength for ability recast time reductions but maybe in future updates with more organised/even match ups that could become a possibility.
I would start by unlocking purify > Impulse Rush > Weapon Throw > Fetter Ward > Skewer > STR buffs

Based on how many hits I parry afterward, I'm pretty sure it's a +80% chance to parry added to your base chance. But, that's anecdotal and tbh I don't even pay much attention after I press the button. I should actually take a minute and watch it next time.
The difference between a base*1.8 and base+80% should be immediately obvious.

Make sure your rotation is solid XD
What I did:
Phase 1: HT>B4B>RoT>IR>RoT spam (Invigorate about at about 300 TP)
Phase 2: Normal rotation on knights minus major buffs. I just used Power Surge, Jump and Leg sweep on the first one, nothing on the second knight
Phase 3: Rotation with all buffs. I waited a sec for bugs to be fed before unloading.
Phase 4: Focus one of the rooks. Again normal rotation with minimal buffs, I just used PS>Jump and leg sweep. At this point if around 300 TP use invig again. Second rook was a combination of single target damage while RoT on all of them. Use IR to buff RoT
This is where strats change depending on group. Last night we beat it non-double dread (first time for me) so we took out p5 dread first (full rotation with all buffs) before killing p5 and p6 knight and soldier (bugs got fed to p6 dread) then we killed the last dread. I'm not sure what happened to the p6 rook, I looked for it but never found it (on the kill run). The OT we had was pretty undergeared and group decided to use tank LB at the beginning of p6.
Other times you will take out the p5 knight/soldier which leaves the MT with double dreads. In that strat you want to LB the rook in p6 before burning p5 dread. Once p5 dread is down switch back to knight/soldier. Some people feed bugs, which sounds risky to me, I've also cleared it when bugs were the last 2 enemies after dread.
Also, will prolly need to use invigorate again between phases 5-6.
Hope that helps
EDIT: Just as an aside, I did notice ONE miss during RoT spam in phase 1. I'm at 470 acc, there may have been more but I for sure saw one miss. Unfortunately, I don't think anyone was parsing. A group I ran with before I cleared was parsing and I typically had 1st or 2nd dps, 260-280, but I don't know the specifics (I really wanted to know crit%).
