Will there b an npc to convert them all or will our P tomes b converted automatically once we update to 2.2?

Yes, there WILL be an NPC to convert your Philo into Mytho (confirmed), but I don't know the conversion rates.

Keen Flurry is +80% on top of base parry chance ... I think it's reliable enough.

That's something I've always been confused by in this game because the tooltips for everything are worded the same pretty much.

Based on how many hits I parry afterward, I'm pretty sure it's a +80% chance to parry added to your base chance. But, that's anecdotal and tbh I don't even pay much attention after I press the button. I should actually take a minute and watch it next time.

The difference between a base*1.8 and base+80% should be immediately obvious.

It would be obvious if I used it more often :P. I've always been under the assumption that it's *1.8, so I've only ever used it in dire moments when needed (if I have vulnerability stacks left for Aetheric Profusion etc).
