I've been following this thread but stopped bothering with actual replies cause too many brick walls.

[insert funny .gif of a person talking to a brick wall]

However, I have been provoked to change my own decision by your post, Keno Azara of the Lalafolk. I'm curious to know who you're agreeing with cause you didn't quote the person's name

Personally I'd laugh at first, but it will bring it's share of problems with it.
You keep saying it will bring problems, but you have yet to explain what those problems are. The fact that the ability to wear the dresses in WoW was there from the moment the items were implemented doesn't particularly matter. With the number of players who participate in WoW, you would think someone would notice and complain if they were really that bothered. But they don't. No one does. Because it doesn't actually bother anyone. You're creating controversy where there is none out of a perfectly innocent request.

Women call them leggings, too. Tights and leggings are pretty interchangeable.

I honestly can't think of any significant problem that would happen whatsoever. It sounds more like you're arguing against this just to be arguing against it.

You forgot the part where it already happens and no one made a fuss about it.
Seems to me you just blow your top if ppl don't see things your way::P

I already have, go back and read my previous posts.

The request is innocent, the implementation and reception wouldn't be.

Because the context, setting, style and implementation are completely different.
Stop comparing the common cold to anthrax.

Only time would tell, but it's not as easy as "making them wearable" it would have to be re-sculpted, meshed, topologised, textured, baked, rigged, skinned, weighted and tested.
This takes a long time. So it's more work. So it'd have to be future content if anything, they're not fond of re-doing finalised items. (Example: White Mage On/Off Hood Request)

What part of my posts are "blowing my top"? I'm not raging. I'm not calling people names. Please don't try to mischaracterize me just to diminish my words.

We need a setting to auto use Aetheryte Tickets ~ An amount set by the players like set to 500 Gil if a teleport cost over that amount it will auto-use a ticket!

The Valentine "apron" male chars wear is every bit the same as a dress's skirt. But it's not as frilly. How would it take months to make them wearable? No idea.
