Good lord, this thread is still active? Can't we find something more interesting to argue about? I think too many of you are imprinting yourselves on a video game character. Move on.
I find these kinds of posts rather strange because by choosing to not add anything worthwhile to a discussion, your post only serves to make this thread bigger with its null message.
This issue is important to people, maybe not to you and many others, but what you deem as unimportant does not diminish its value to the ones it matters to. Telling others to move on about a subject you personally don't care about is pretty rude. At the very least, let's be courteous.

How you do it right:
SE, can we have also some gear like this for melees?
Or maybe as a AF of a new class?
To the people here: don't ask for dresses, ask for kilts

Since this thread has gone exceedingly off the original topic, I will be closing it.

The right to stop others from offending you stops at your front door. Learn to live with it. You'll be a better person.

Says the gentleman or woman who is playing a little boy. Ah, the XIV forums, I love you sweetly. To me, a man playing as a catgirl is plain wrong and it makes me feel uncomfortable every time I see a cat walking around in town or in my parties, because I know there's a 99.9% chance it's a dude.
...
But as a counterpart, there should be a filter allowing me to see them as a neckbearded hyur male. That way, no one has to see your creepy fetish fuel character that doesn't want to...
