Regarding yet again... more nerfs.

After reading the patch notes and Q & A thread, I see -

- More nerfs to AK. Sigh, why is this needed? Patch 2.1 already nerfed it enough to misery.

- Why the echo buff for extreme primals? They are extremes for a reason. If you can't handle it, don't enter. It's that simple. You don't even need to go in there for primal weapons any longer since they're removing myth cap and you can simply upgrade your relic to +1 (Zenith). Why even create extreme versions if you're going to babysit us? On top of that, it's a whopping 25% stat boost. Should have been 10% max.

- I know people saw this coming, but instead of nerfing Pharos Sirius, they should have increased its ilvl requirement for entry now that i90 gear is super easy to acquire.

- Why is Coil echo buff instant the moment you enter? At least make it optional for people who don't mind a challenge. Why does everything have to be barbie doll adventures? I don't understand. With 30% stat boost, welcome solo heals and solo tank. 2 minute clears on bosses. Fun!

I would like CoP again! Only, without all the pointless running around. Well, I would like a story/areas as awesome as CoP's story/areas were.

I recently started FFXI again, got a 99, then went to solo CoP. All I have to say is, Gods forfend, there is a lot of pointless running around that I forgot about.

CoP and its creator need to die in a fire. Never did get Sea access till long after the content was rendered obsolete.

You really didn't miss much.

I was on one of the bigger NA servers and you never saw people actually doing sea endgame. Forawhile, I thought the linkshell I was in was the only group doing it. The torques were cool, but not worth the investment really in time/effort. Noone could beat AV. The obis and belts were cool, and useful, actually awesome really. With certain jobs you could easily solo getting the organs you needed. It has been a long time, but that was about the only gear reason I can think of to get sea. Did CoP have a ring? I think it did, I can't remember though.

Sweet story that everyone should have seen though. I always felt bad for the people who couldn't win the fights.

CoP has the ring at the end of the questline, Rajas/Savvta, forget the mage one because nobody used it.
