Here's the thing that confuses me though.

According to that interview (or the translation of that interview) iLvl will go

Dungeons: i70 (Darklight)
CT: i80 (same as now...I believe)
Coil: i90 (Same as now)

No mention of increased iLvl, unless they just didn't mention it because that would be redundant.
