Good, Yoshi started to wisen up on not handing stuff out COMPLETELY. As for what happens, it becomes dungeon drops - It has to keep dungeons relevant somehow. Or maybe he'll do it back how we did it in 1.23:

You farmed up the items from monsters or mining/botany...they USED to exist from outside of vendors. I70 also includes the old Giantsgall/tail or whatever weapons that used to drop from Skirmish.

-What exactly is this Zodiac Weapon? Relic's "rebirth" [not really sure what to call it]. However, it'll take quite a bit of time to accomplish.
-Even though it'll take a bit of time, is it the type that can be done bit by bit and still accomplished? There's no limit, so...[not sure how to translate a bit of this]. Each upgrade will make it stronger, and it won't end at Patch 2.2; upgrades will continue in 2.2, 2.25, 2.3 patch. After 2.2 there [will be more] in 2.25, but I don't expect very many people to have finished [upgrading] by then. Eventually at the final upgrade, we plan to allow users to mess around with parameters.

You know, the way they describe Zodiak weapons is... It sounds like something terrible.
It sounds like "Dumb and meaningless grind that exclusively takes time but no hardship" and hte only reason most won't have it be 2.25 is simply because most can't put that much time in the game.

I have faith in Yoshida, which is why i'm not very concerned, but those are my fears anyway.
