Exactly I am thinking of it as a sub job 2.0 system in which you are not limited to just one class to choose skills from but every class. Now the trick will be in the balancing, SE said they would be making more skills Class specific and they wouldn't be allowed to cross class, so hopefully nothing like Utsusemi will come along and break everything by being allowed to cross class ^^
