ARMOIRE - Storing Unique/Untradeable and Event Related Items

well. i don't think EVERY Unique/untradable item should be able to be stored. because like heck you can actually get more then one Unique item. just store in the Retainer. and run the dungeon again and it will let you loot it a second time.

it would be nice to see the amount number show for if you have one in your Retainer(s) or not. it would save a lot of time. so you don't have to constantly compare items.

but i DO think every limited item should be able to be stored. like items in any of the event they hold. all pre-order and CE items. these items are already taking up a page or two. and they gonna keep expanding. eventually there won't be room for stuff of an actual practical use.




i wouldn't even be throwing away half the stuff i do if we had a better armoire. it should obviously allow us to store only one of each kind.

Ooh I agree with this, but moreso from the perspective that I really wish that even if an item was stored on your retainer, it would still mean you couldn't lot on it if it then dropped while you were in a dungeon.

Then they really don't understand the mindset of MMO players, many of whom will collect things purely for the sake of collecting them.

Unfortunately I think the problem is going to get worse as an attempt to get people to buy additional retainer/s.

- Snowman: Head, Suit, Mitts
- Dream: Hat, Tunic, Boots
- Kabutos: Black Usagi, Silver Usagi, Usagi, Silver Snake, Uma, Crimson Uma, Golden Uma, and Black Uma
- Thug's Mug
- Valentione: Hat, Apron, Mitts, Trousers, Pattens

Would be nice if SE atleast tagged the items to tell us that they can go in too.

Ok so yeah, I want to join the rant, Any seasonal, veteran rewards, and ALL relic weapons or crafter/gatherer tools(lvl 50, lucis, supra), and things like the meteor survivor ring, the Ul'dahn Ring, or ring of freedom. and non craftable glamour gear.

This is what my inventory looks like right now. Usually its full of glamours cause I like changing glamours on the fly. If im in a cold dungeon i wanna change to warmer clothes etc. But now that I decided I wanna catch all the fishies I cant do that anymore because all the bloody baits take up all space.

Did se really think fishing and bait through at all when they released the game or were they like "hey lets make lots of baits, i bet people will like filling up their inventory"

I wouldn't mind seeing contest items (Ahriman Choker, Scarf of Wondrous Wit, Bluebird Earring, etc) being able to be stored there.

But I also would like it to ignore the Unique status of items. I have two Star Spangled Subligar thanks to my 'efforts' in fishing pre-calamity. Do I need both? Not really. But I do want to keep both simply for the fact I have two. Yet only one can go into the armoire! Woes!
