ARMOIRE - Storing Unique/Untradeable and Event Related Items

How about letting us store my old Santa outfit from 1.0 or the u/u items like Kabutos.

Or if I could mail my Alt this would be less of an issue.

Felis, ya got me there buddy! I had already stored the Lightning items. Totally forgot I did.

I was also able to store:
- all the Moonfire Faire swimsuits
- all the All Saints Wake gear
- all the Lightning gear and weapons
- Reindeer Antlers and Suit (but not the Dream gear, go figure.)
- Kabutos: Dragon, Crimson Dragon, Golden Dragon, and Black Dragon (but not the others)
- Paramour's Pendant, Platinum Paramour's Pendant and Band of Eternal Passion (but not the Valentione gear)



However, Square Enix--we still need these UNIQUE/UNTRADABLE items added to the Armoire storable list:
- Snowman: Head, Suit, Mitts
- Dream: Hat, Tunic, Boots
- Kabutos: Black Usagi, Silver Usagi, Usagi, Silver Snake, Uma, Crimson Uma, Golden Uma, and Black Uma
- Thug's Mug
- Valentione: Hat, Apron, Mitts, Trousers, Pattens


I was also ask SE consider allowing the Level 6 Custom-made body pieces (U/U) be allowed for storage in the Armoire.
- Custom-made Cuirass
- Custom-made Scale Mail
- Custom-made Shirt
- Custom-made Tunic
- Custom-made Robe of Casting
- Custom-made Robe of Healing

Don't forget the imperial chest and head pieces.
Along with the City items, the unique ring and the unique ceremony piece.

Dream gear was crafted gear during 1.0. Even if no recipe for it exist anymore in ARR, it is still tradeable and therefore still obtainable even after the event. Same with the Usagi Kabutos (I bought a mule full of them to sell them some months later for a higher price).
The Valentione gear is new and would be storeable in the armoire with 2.2

If youre wanting everything U/U, theres also the ring from your starting city, and the quest item you get (mask for Gridania).

Sadly, I got rid of the U/U armors from doing the class quests.

Well, unless I did something wrong in the process; as of Patch 2.16, we still cannot store the above items in the Armoire.

I was curious as to just how much the armoire could hold, so I went through and (mostly from memory), made a spreadsheet calculating the maximum contents. By my count there is;

56 pieces of AF gear and tools
77 pieces of seasonal gear – Note: assuming when summer event rolls around again, Yukatas of both genders will be purchasable. Also the 8 Lightning fate gears count as 4 due to gender locking.
27 pieces of Achievement Gear
15 pieces of special gear (some purchasing bonuses, some 1.0 Unique quest rewards)

Totalling in 175 items currently storable (essentially another Retainer)


There is a further 14 pieces of gear (Snowman, Kabuto, Valentione) that will probably be made storable in the next patch. I also count 23 pieces of gear that are disputable as to whether they should be storable or not. The Dream set and the Usagi Kabuto are able to be traded and sold on the Market Wards, so according to SE’s policy will not be storable as they can be obtained more than once. But there are still a number of pieces of Unique/Untradable gear (mostly quest rewards) that can only be obtained once and could be made storable. There are a few items I am not sure about, and please let me know if there are any items I have missed.
